SPEAKING PRESENTATIONS. 3rd Evaluation.
MY FAVOURITE ENGLISH SONG
Duration: 10 minutes. Grouping: in pairs.
Part 1: Information about the singer or group. Where were/are they from? When did they form the band/group? Why? How did they meet? 2 minutes.
Part 2: Information about their music. What type of music do they play? Talk about this style of music, what it represents, wants to reflect, where it appears, etc. 2 minutes.
Part 3: Listen to a selected song and prepare one task: prepare questions, fill gaps, correct mistakes, find synonyms, true / false questions, etc.
Part 4. Show a video with the song.
For parts 1, 2 & 3 you can prepare a power point presentation.

1. Reemplazar dibujos por palabras. 2. Rellenar huecos con palabras de vocabulario. 3. Rellenar huecos con tiempos verbales. 4. Ordenar las estrofas. 5. Encontrar los errores y corregirlos. 6. Preguntas de verdadero/falso. 7. Abreviaciones o expresiones usadas. 8. Encontrar sinónimos o antónimos. 9. Buscar en la canción expresiones coloquiales. 10. Unir definiciones con palabras que aparecen en el texto. 11. Dar partes de una canción desordenada y unirlas: 1-d, 2-f, etc. 12. Encontrar las palabras que rimen. 14. Elegir la palabra correcta con opciones. 15. Ejercicios de pronunciación. Etc. etc. etc.
